By joining the Sellah waitlist or using the Sellah service, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and human.
The service
Sellah is a sales assistant for sellers who run their business through WhatsApp. It is currently in development. Features, pricing, and availability may change before launch.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sellah for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, and not to sell goods or services that are illegal or restricted. You’re responsible for the products you list, the prices you set, and the way you treat your customers.
Your content
You own the products, photos, and information you upload. By using Sellah you grant us the limited right to store and display that content for the purpose of running your storefront and the product. Your content is yours — we don’t claim ownership of it.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe. Let us know quickly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Service availability
We’ll do our best to keep Sellah running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access, especially in this early period. We may add, change, or remove features as we learn what sellers need.
Payments
Sellah helps you communicate orders and payments with your customers, but where money settlement happens between you and your customer (for example through Mobile Money), the terms of that provider apply. Sellah is not a bank or a payment processor.
Ending the agreement
You can leave at any time by emailing us. We may also pause or close accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Sellah is provided on an “as is” basis while it’s in this early period before launch. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll note the change here and update the date above.
